What Makes a Good Home Business?
I've tried a number of home business opportunities. They all looked good at the time but as with most things in life you have to learn from your mistakes. I am now working at something I love. (That's a good place to start) My business offers a product that is 1/5th to 1/3rd the cost in stores. It is also something everyone uses.
I have my own greeting card business and you can too. Every time I send a card I have the opportunity to change someone's life for the better. We are growing fast! American Greetings (number 1) just announced they were laying people off and closing up to 35 stores.
We started in 2004 and are number 3 in the world. Here is what we have been doing.
2004 Revenue $200,000
2005 Revenue $2.5 million
2006 Revenue $10 million
2007 Revenue $24 million
2008 Revenue (projected) $45 million
2009 Revenue should more than double 2007 at our present growth.
Do you want a piece of the pie?
The best news is we have no competition in Direct Selling. The direct selling industry has grown 91% in the past 10 years. The days of working 40 years and having a gold watch and pension are gone. Wouldn't you like to be a bigger part of your children's lives? How do they feel when you take the time to be at their ball games or school plays? That's the gift of working from home.
